Founded by property PR guru, Lucy Tinkler in 2014, we create and implement bespoke PR campaigns for a variety of property companies all over the world, to include estate agents, buying agents, developers, portals and data analysts. Meet the Team
We’d like to introduce you to the person (and dogs) who make Lucy T PR what it is today.
Founder & Director
Lucy Tinkler
Following a Business Studies degree at Plymouth University, my property PR career began at a boutique PR agency in Chelsea where I looked after the PR for Knightsbridge interior designer, Brahm Interiors. I then moved to Fine & Country and The Guild of Professional Estate Agents in 2010 (based at their Park Lane HQ), before accepting the PR role at Chesterton Humberts in 2012 (also in Mayfair), where I headed up the PR for all of their departments (Resi Sales, New Homes, Country House, Rural, Research & International). Then, in 2014, I left London to fulfil my dream of living in the countryside, close to my family. Noticing an opportunity to set up a boutique PR firm that specialised solely in property - that could be affordable for independent firms too - Lucy T PR was born.
I would describe my favourite things as being a mum, Cornwall, Jamaica, mountain biking, the sea, wakeboarding/paddle boarding, log fires, dogs, flip flops and clay shooting.

Teddy
Teddy, our toy poodle, joined the Lucy T PR family in February 2017, having been rescued at ten months old. 'Fluffy' is the only way to describe him. Being hugely affectionate, his role involves looking out for clients through the window, welcoming visitors with a waggy tail, and keeping the team relaxed. Do keep an eye out for him - he regularly appears on our social media channels.
He enjoys eating, sleeping, Cornwall, having cuddles and chewing up our clients' press coverage!
Office Dog #2
Mungo
Mungo is a rough coat lurcher who joined us in July 2019. Re-homed at 2 years old, he is otherwise known as the gentle giant as he is simply huge, but one of the calmest creatures you shall ever meet.
I think I may start to bring him with me on new business pitches as he seems to be the talk of the town wherever we go! Perhaps I may promote him to New Business Development Manager...
He enjoys cuddles, running with Teddy, the beach, chewing shoes, the pub, and wagging his tail when he meets people. (Watch out for his tail when he does this as it can really hurt your legs!)
