Having pitched to the Daily Telegraph an area focus on the Cotswolds to tie into The Pig hotel opening this summer, I was thrilled to be told they wanted to do something. Two of my clients were featured, in a round up of the Cotswolds property market . Various experts talk about the stunning homes here, what buyers are looking for (love the sound of a party barn and an ice bath!),… and why people love to buy there. Plus in some areas it sounds like there are some negotiating opportunities for buyers too! The Cotswolds is a vast area, and like anywhere it comes with some negatives (such as very expensive houses and busy roads in some parts), but, overall, buyer demand is still thriving in this part of the world it seems.
