Daily Telegraph and MSN for Surrey buying agent

Great to see our Surrey buying agent client Richard Winter quoted in this Telegraph piece (which also made it to MSN) as he finds there is strong demand for country rentals in Surrey from house purchasers…. Many buyers are selling up and then renting beautiful houses like those featured in the article before purchasing again, for a variety of reasons such as waiting for the right house to come up, wanting to try a new area in order to decide where they want to buy, and even waiting for the results of the General Election first. This concept also allows for these “renters” to be chain free and cash ready when they do decide to buy again, putting them at a competitive advantage.

This article is a great example of how property PR can help build up the profile of a local expert to potential buyers.
