We are thrilled to see both buying agents Richard Winter and Louise Rowlands in a Home Counties property market round up in The Times today, with Richard kicking off the quotes with what’s putting buyers off in North Surrey and incentivising them to haggle on price, before Louise talks about South Surrey and the West Sussex / Hampshire borders where reduced price houses that didn’t sell last year are coming on, alongside the natural increase in supply due to the beginnings of the Spring market. 🌷
