Katie Warren is quoted in Money Week re the abolition of FHL tax

This piece is a really good example of team work (and the value of press contacts). Last night I had a what’s app from my Cornish client Katie Warren to inform me of the abolition of FHL tax (Furnished Holiday Lettings). I might add I was already in bed at this point doing my daily Wordle puzzle 🤣. I emailed Marc Shoffman at Money Week immediately (think it was about 9.30pm at this point), as he and I had been talking about the subject a few weeks ago. He replied within minutes to say yes, he’d love to chat to Katie and couldn’t find anything online about it so could I send over more information - which I did thanks to Katie sending me lots more info via what’s app. After various emails, a call was arranged earlier today and then the piece was published shortly afterwards. All sorted within about 25 minutes of Katie first approaching me. A win win for all!💥
