Norfolk buying agent appears in The Times' property newsletter

I do love it when I successfully pitch a story idea to the national press. Based on observations my Norfolk buying agent client Jamie Jamieson told me, I pitched the idea to Hugh Graham for his popular weekly Times newsletter. Today, it arrived in my inbox… Pieces like this help reinforce one of the many benefits of using a buying agent (in this case my client Jamie), as they can help buyers pick up on the fact that a property they are interested in may not actually have planning permission…. which can have financial implications on the buyer if they proceed with the purchase without the original seller having sorted the issue out.
