Sometimes national press approach my clients directly as a result of me building up a relationship between them both. This one is such an example… Melissa Lawford was travelling to Dorking and whatsapped my Surrey and SW London buying agent Richard Winter for a quick chat about inheritance tax and the local market. A call happened a few minutes later and the piece was published today. A super easy PR win for us all, all due to having a great rapport with the press.
