Thrilled to see mixed-use development, The Arc in Shoreditch, and the developer Marie-Julie Gheysens of Ghelamco written about in this wellbeing piece in this week’s issue of Property Week, as part of my consultancy work for Bridging London. The Arc - located in EC1 in East London - focuses heavily on health and wellbeing, with Certifications such as BREEAM and WELL recognising Ghelamco’s commitment. With both buyers and office workers seeking health and wellbeing elements more and more, it’s no wonder The Arc is proving so popular.
